Returns & Exchange Policy
Dear Valued Customer,
We’re sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t meet your expectations.
At Scentique, we want you to shop with confidence. We accept eligible returns for perfumes you’re not satisfied with.
Please review the following guidelines before submitting your return or exchange request.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- The perfume must have at least 90% of the original product remaining.
- The return/exchange delivery charges will be covered by the customer.
Returns and exchanges are applicable only to:
- 50ML Perfume Bottles
- 100ML Perfume Bottles
If the item arrives broken, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will cover both the item cost and the initial delivery charges.
Please note that if you request a refund, the original delivery charges will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you request an exchange, the delivery charges will be covered by you.
2. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please return the product in the same condition in which it was received.
If the Box is missing, or if the box has been damaged beyond its original condition, a small deduction may apply.
3. Usage Charges
For perfumes that have been used, the following charges may apply:
- Negligible use: No charge
- Up to 10% used: Rs. 20 charge
- More than 10% used: Return/exchange is not eligible
The product must have at least 90% of its original contents remaining to qualify.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated for the following products:
- Waxes
- 5ML Spray Testers
- 10ML Spray Testers
5. Possible Deductions
If any eligible item is returned without its original packaging or accessories, the following charges may apply:
Missing / Used Item

Juice used up to 10% PKR 50
6. Processing Time
Please allow 5–6 working days for your return or exchange request to be processed. To avoid delays, please make sure your returned product meets all the requirements above before sending it back.
