At Scentique, we strive to ensure that your favorite fragrances reach you as quickly and securely as possible. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping methods, processing times, and delivery options.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12 PM (local time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.
  • Next-Day Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 1 business day
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and costs will vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping Time: 7-14 business days (depending on location)
  • Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply for international orders, and the recipient is responsible for any additional fees imposed during import.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination. For orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping within the continental United States.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Some countries may have restrictions on importing perfumes or alcohol-based products. Please check your local regulations before placing an international order.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact our support team at info@ikonemporium.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
